As well as an abundance of craft supplies to buy and wonderful workshops to enjoy, CraftExpo will showcase several exciting feature displays, all designed to inspire, delight and touch your crafting heart. Each feature is new, innovative and most of all, fun for all our visitors. Come along and get involved!

Paint By Numbers
Release your inner artist at this fantastic, interactive feature display! Celebrate your childhood by filling in the blanks on our massive ‘paint-by-numbers’ canvas. For a small donation visitors can take part in CraftExpo history and make their mark with help from the experts from the Folk & Decorative Artists Association of Australia. After the show, the canvas and all donations will be donated to the Humour Foundation to support the Clown Doctors.

The Great Apron Challenge

Take part in The Great Apron Challenge. Spend an hour getting creative and making an apron, then parade it down the catwalk in front a panel of judges. There will be one winners each day who will walk away with a brand new Bernina sewing machine! A new exhibition by this group of art quilters who meet online. The display comes from Australian and New Zealand Art Quilters who have participated in a monthly journal quilt challenge. Journal quilts are A4 sized quilts, so they are a perfect way to experiment on a small scale - encouraging creativity with techniques, methods and colours.
