Drop by to sit and knit and have a yarn with friends in this cosy lounge area at the expo.

Bring your own wool, needles and pattern, or buy everything you need from exhibitors at the show. Experienced knitters from the Hand Weavers & Spinners Guild of Victoria (HWSGV) will be on hand to offer guidance – the perfect opportunity to bring along your ‘problem’ projects or learn for the first time from those in the know!

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the ‘Yarn’ Lounge is supporting the HWSGV ‘Girls Day In’ and Pink Scarf Exhibition, raising funds for breast cancer research. Don’t miss a small preview selection of their fabulous wearable art bras, ‘knitted boob’ competition entries and pink scarves on display at the expo.
