Quilts On Show -

Quilts with a theme of Maintaining the Tradition will be on show at the expo this year. Quilters from the local group - Novocastrian Quilters Inc have enjoyed working to this theme & it seems to have sparked a new level of creativity.

Enjoy it and be inspired – you may find that you want to be part of this creative group.

 Meet Caroline Sharkey

Come and visit the Bernina Stand B23 and meet the well-known textile and fibre artist, Caroline Sharkey.

Caroline uses fabric and threads as her medium instead of paper and paint… and a sewing machine instead of a brush.

Meet the designers

Bronwyn Hayes' new work will be on A Quilters Hive, Stand C13, and you can meet her on Saturday Feb 20 on the stand.

Monica Poole creates gorgeous designs for bags, clothing and quilts. Visit her at Moonshine Designs, Stand C02.

Kim Bradley Creations on Stand E05 will show Kim's award winning techniques for surface design.

Texstyle Exhibition -

"Creative, impressive & challenging the boundaries" would be a suitable description of this fantastic exhibition of Textile & Design.

There will be 20 major projects on display - & visitors will be amazed that this is student work.
